Brodie Crowe

Brodie Crowe joins the Foresters at Huntington University for the 2013-14 campaign. As a senior, Brodie became the 9th Laker to join the Shakamak High School 1,000 Point Club with a game-high 22 points in the Class A Sectional opener at White River Valley. His final points in that game came when he buried a jumper from the wing for his sixth three-pointer of the night. He finished his SHS career with 1,025 points. Crowe received several post season honors, including Hoosier Basketball Coaches Association (HBCA) All-District Team, HBCA West All-Star Team, All-Southwestern Indiana Athletic Conference First Team, and received basketball scholarship offers from Anderson and Greenville (IL). |

Crowe led the Greene County area in scoring as a senior, averaging just under 24 points per game. He scored a career-high 38 points with 7 three-pointers against Union during the season. He also scored 33 points against Vincennes Rivet, making 12 of 14 from the field, 3 of 4 beyond the arc, and 6 of 6 at the line. Crowe only missed nine free throws all season, leading the area with 91.3% at the line. After attending Hoosier Basketball's Top 60 Workout, Brodie visited the Huntington University campus. He liked everything there and made the decision. Crowe plans to become a physical therapist or go into athletic training after obtaining his degree. |
