associate coach. Coach Steve Platt’s son, Ty, formerly Norwell High School’s head varsity coach, will assume a coaching position along with Mark Green.
Coach is excited about the younger Platt joining his staff. "Not only will it be great to have my son around more, but Ty is a good coach who brings us lots of energy and knowledge of the game second to none," states Platt. It will be exciting to watch this father and son combo work together for the first time.

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY
When talking to Coach about the upcoming season he made a comment that really stuck out. "This might be one of the most driven teams I have ever coached," he said. "Their attitude to be successful is amazing! The guys are passionate about the game of basketball and they really want to be successful."
With the season approaching, Coach Platt has one thing he wants his players to think about, "Don’t miss out on a great opportunity when it’s there in front of you."
The Coach is right. Great opportunities like this don’t come along every day and they don’t come along every year, either. Make the most of it, Foresters; there are things to prove out there.
