Grace was 22-11 overall last season; 8 players returned for this season. The Lancers captured third place in the MCC with a 11-5 record, but lost to Huntington in the first round of the MCC Tournament. They were 2-1 in the 2009 NAIA National Tournament.
The MCC Coaches poll has predicted a sixth place finish for the Lancers this season.
Coach Jim Kessler is in his 33rd season as Head Coach, having been an NAIA National Coach of the Year, an NCCAA Coach of the Year (twice), and an NAIA Coach of Character in 2005.
